By placing an order via our website (kgodfroycosmetics.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which K. Godfroy Cosmetics will not be responsible. Further information is available below in the delivery information section.
K. Godfroy Cosmetics retains the right to refuse any request made by you and you must be over 16 years of age. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card, or PayPal used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This will be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. K. Godfroy Cosmetics retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. An email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

Pricing and Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Pricing on the site does not include sales tax nor shipping. International sales taxes will be calculated based on country zip code and charged where applicable. Shipping costs will also be charged in addition. Shipping costs are estimated at the time of the order and based on the shipping address provided – locally and internationally.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Card charges will appear on your statement as “K. Godfroy Cosmetics”. All prices are quoted in SGD Dollars and do not include regional sales taxes nor delivery. Discount codes cannot be combined.
K. Godfroy Cosmetics’ Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore Law.
When you place an order before cut off at 12 noon we will pack the products and may send it for delivery within the same day. When you place an order after cut off, we will pack the products in 12 hours and we may send the products the next business day. The expected delivery date will be stated on your order follow up email. As a customer, you have the option to purchase the local delivery via EMS/SingPost which may takes 2-3 business days or via our local courier which may takes 1-2 business days.
K. Godfroy Cosmetics has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible.
For hygiene purposes we do not have return policy. All our products are new and sealed properly. Once it is opened, regardless if you slightly used it the company will considered it as sold. Your payment will be non-refundable.
Please shop carefully.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible.
K. Godfroy Cosmetics uses the information we collect about you to process orders and provide our best service. We never sell or disclose any customer information to third parties and you can be confident your credit card details are safe. We send emails from time to time with product news and events but if you’re not happy receiving them, let us know and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.

LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Credit Card Payments:
We are using Stripe in our e-Commerce. We accept all major credit cards in our payment getaway. It is safe, secured and easy. No complicated registration and No unauthorized transactions.
Local Shipping (Islandwide):
We offer reliable local courier that can deliver your order(s) within 1-2 business days. Our local courier will sms or call you before delivery. You will also be provided of tracking #, if available.
No missing items or unnecessary stories that you didn’t receive the products in your mail box. 😉 Our local courier will make sure you will receive your orders as soon as possible.
International Shipping (Worldwide):
Orders are sent via EMS in SingPost which may take 7-10 business days for regular shipping with tracking #. Shipping cost is reasonable but may take longer time than 8 days due to customs delays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping and Handling Reminders:
To avoid inconvenience, please check all information and delivery address are correct. Once we send your order for delivery we will not be able to resend it to a different shipping address.
If the shipping is delayed due to strict customs and post office clearance that would need your signature to release the item please contact them directly. Shipping tracking number will be provided, if available.
The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer’s country.
How do we place your order?
If you will buy online from Monday to Friday, 6.00 am to 12 noon (Singapore time) we will process your order as soon possible before cut off and may possibly deliver the goods within the same day for local delivery.
If you will buy online from Monday to Friday after 1.00 pm (Singapore time) we will process your order within 12-24 hours.
Once we received the payment and all your information for delivery we will prepare the products. All products are carefully checked and sealed before we send it for delivery.
The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any customs’ issues in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to negotiate or address for the release of their package in the event that it is held up by the customs. We can provide necessary papers and limited to commercial invoice and shipper information. Our information may not be good enough to help you to negotiate.
Cancellations / Return to Vendor Items.
Cancellations must be made before we send the order. If the order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. We do not have return policy. Once our products are open or damaged it will be considered as sold. All cosmetics are not allowed to be returned for hygiene purposes. You can only receive a refund if you place an order in our website by mistake, or if the order has not been shipped.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – Hosting.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace’s application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
